How to evolve an Aniimo
Open Aniimo Management from the main menu, choose the creature, then select Evolve beside the level-up control. Check that creature's requirements before confirming the evolution. Reaching a level alone is not a universal recipe.
This menu route is documented by Prima Games on September 16. Its Emberpup screenshot shows the Evolve screen with branches; it does not show a complete readable material requirement. We reviewed the source on September 17 but have not tested the process in our own game.
Where to read Evolution Criteria and Cost
On the evolution tree, select the outcome and read the upper-right panel. Evolution Criteria lists the requirements; Cost shows the material demand. The creature-management level-up button is a different action.
A Destructoid screenshot published with its September 15 guide shows a Nova branch requiring Aniimo level 20 and 3 of a blue material. The target is labelled “???” and the material name is not expanded. This is an example of how to read the panel, not a named recipe for every branch. The screenshot does not show a client version.
Why is evolution still locked?

Fentuft to Fenmane: is trading required?
Community databases report a level and friend-exchange condition, but the material counts disagree: Aniipedia lists three Roar Stones and labels its evidence as beta, while AniimoVerse lists one. We have not located a launch-version requirements screenshot or timestamped demonstration that resolves the difference.
Do not trade away Fentuft on the assumption that it must be the exchanged creature. The reported condition concerns an exchange with a friend, but the current client's wording and alternatives still need confirmation. For planning a completely independent collection, see the solo-play guide.
The three evolution stages
The official index organizes ordinary progression into Lumin, Gamma, and Nova stages. Our directory preserves those categories. An unclassified entry should not be forced into an invented fourth evolutionary stage.
These categories tell you how an entry is organized. They do not provide a universal evolution level, cost, or recipe. Verify the conditions shown for the specific Aniimo in the current game.
Evolution is not the same as an alternate form
A progression stage and a form are separate ideas. Prismana appears as a form entry in the official index. A different appearance alone does not prove that statistics are identical, that the form is purely cosmetic, or that its acquisition method matches the ordinary version.

Starter battle transformations
The current official skills confirm Lunara → Fennelun through Selene's Judgment and Helion → Soleon through Helios' Judgment. Both describe a 15% damage bonus until combat ends or the character leaves combat. The pages do not give a separate fixed form timer or complete exit controls. This is combat transformation, not a permanent evolution recipe. See the starter comparison for the September 18 source check.
How to verify an evolution claim
- Confirm the creature and form in the official index.
- Identify whether the source discusses permanent progression, a variant, or an effect inside combat.
- Check the source date and test version.
- Read the launch-version in-game requirements before spending materials.
A beta video showing an evolution is evidence of that beta process, not proof that the launch cost remains unchanged. We will add exact recipes only when there is current evidence for the individual creature.
