Who are the best DPS Aniimo?
AniimoSync's supplied pre-launch DPS transcript puts Stellarys, Malevsera, Grizbo, Fenmane and Fulmintis in S tier. That is the creator's ranking, not an official or hands-on launch verdict from this site. Our assessment below compares its reasoning with official descriptions and highlights the conditions a letter can hide.
For a first comparison, examine Stellarys for ranged clone play and Fulmintis for skill-critical-hit resource recovery. Their official kits make their intended loops relatively easy to identify. That does not establish the fastest boss clear or easiest acquisition. Reviewed September 11, 2026.
AniimoSync's DPS tiers at a glance
| Creator tier | Aniimo | Reading the placement |
|---|---|---|
| S | Stellarys, Malevsera, Grizbo, Fenmane, Fulmintis | The creator's preferred damage candidates; each still has conditions |
| A | Scorchhowl, Infergon, Cornet, Thornblade, Ignitis, Gachapus, Helion, the ranged starter entry discussed as Fennelun/Lunara | Execution, encounter context, randomness or pre-launch caution affects the verdict |
| B | Sherro, Glynsera, Irisal | Setup and environment weigh against them in this assessment |
Names are normalized to our official-index-backed directory where the match is clear. The ranged starter's naming issue remains unresolved; this table does not establish Fennelun and Lunara as interchangeable. The video covers a DPS selection, not every combat role or every creature in the game.

Stellarys: ranged damage with positioning to manage
The official Shadow Magic description creates a clone for 20 seconds that copies basic attacks and skills at 20% of the user's damage. It also allows a position swap and specifies that the clone disappears beyond 20 metres. This is more precise than the transcript's emphasis on copied basic attacks. Official Stellarys entry.
Our assessment: a promising choice if you like ranged rotations and managing a second damage source. Movement that breaks the distance condition and lost attacking time still matter; the clone is not a universal 20% increase to every damage result. The broader beta transcript rated Stellarys A, while the other two rated it S, so we would test the same rotation and investment before resolving that disagreement. Creature profile.
Fulmintis: critical hits feed the next skill
Electro Stash restores 4 EP on a skill critical hit. Enhanced Lightning Blade adds 25% skill critical rate for 20 seconds. The official page lists ATK 130. These support the video's resource-loop argument, but ATK alone is not damage per second. Official Fulmintis entry.
Our assessment: a useful candidate for players who want to focus on skill pressure. Its value depends on landing attacks and producing critical hits; an EP-return trait does not make every cast free. All three supplied ranking transcripts rate it S, which makes it a worthwhile test candidate, not a demonstrated community consensus. Creature profile.
Grizbo: strong ultimate access, finite rage window
Rock Smash immediately grants 100 Rage and enters Enraged. The trait describes a 20-second state with attack-speed and skill-damage bonuses plus improved EP recovery. It also prevents further Rage gain during that state. Official Grizbo entry.
Our assessment: the ultimate solves one setup problem, but the state still has downtime. Compare encounters where the ultimate is ready with those where it is not. Calling Grizbo “no setup” would hide a useful distinction for short fights. The broader CBT3 assessment gave A while the DPS transcript gave S. Creature profile.
Fenmane: an attack sequence to build around
The official Thunderbond trait requires 30 attack-hit stacks before the next skill or ultimate activates a 10-second Thunderwing Stance. This confirms a ramp-up condition rather than an always-on peak state. Official Fenmane entry.
Our assessment: investigate Fenmane for encounters that allow sustained pressure, then test whether target movement or phase breaks disrupt that plan. The DPS transcript favors its linked lightning mechanics; the longer CBT3 transcript explicitly distinguishes upgraded S performance from roughly A before upgrades. Do not copy an upgraded verdict onto a fresh catch. Creature profile.
Malevsera: the S-tier pick with a real survival tradeoff
The official entry identifies Malevsera as ice DPS. Bloodthirst increases damage as HP is lost, up to 48%. Demonic State exchanges skill costs for current HP and restores health when it ends, with a recovery cap. Wild Dance includes damage reduction. Official Malevsera entry.
Our assessment: its recovery tools explain the creator's high rating, but they do not remove the danger before recovery occurs. This is a deliberate risk-management option, especially around burst damage. We would not describe it as the automatically safest choice for a beginner just because it shares S tier with other picks. Creature profile.
Why Sherro, Glynsera and Irisal split opinions
These official traits give concrete reasons to inspect setup: Sherro's water condition, Glynsera's ice-debuff condition and Irisal's grass condition. Sherro, Glynsera, Irisal.
Our reading is that favorable terrain or a teammate enabling the condition changes the question being asked. The longer beta transcript praises Sherro's upgraded puddle loop, while the DPS transcript penalizes dependence on that setup. Neither opinion should become a guarantee about a fresh solo build. Use the three-source comparison before interpreting B as a reason to discard a favorite.
Other A-tier candidates: what the transcript asks you to consider
The following are creator explanations, not independently verified damage benchmarks:
| Candidate | Creator's main consideration | Our proposed comparison |
|---|---|---|
| Scorchhowl | Element advantage and precise skill use | Repeat against both favorable and neutral targets |
| Infergon | Applying its own fire stacks | Measure how much setup survives a short encounter |
| Cornet | Airborne play and critical-hit benefits | Check movement, control comfort and actual incoming damage |
| Thornblade | Skills feeding enhanced basic attacks | Compare a complete rotation with interrupted play |
| Ignitis | Kill-triggered damage benefits | Separate groups of enemies from a boss without adds |
| Gachapus | Random bubbles and ultimate-triggered jackpot | Compare repeated runs and ultimate availability |
| Helion | Conservative pre-launch rating despite a self-contained loop | Compare playstyle and upgrades in the starter guide |
These are useful testing questions. We have not verified every claimed multiplier in these secondary candidates, so we omit the transcript's exact numbers here.
What this review does not rank
DPS is one role. This comparison does not rate healing, breaking, EP support, exploration, acquisition difficulty or competitive PvP. It does not promise early access to the listed creatures. For a roster that fits your sessions, also read solo play, co-op and Twine combat.
Evidence and update policy
Official character pages control identity and skill wording in this article. Community tiers retain attribution. Our recommendations are editorial inferences from those descriptions, without fabricated clear times, damage tests or launch review scores. Pages can include multiple forms or skill variants; a listed skill is not proof that every variant is simultaneously available.
The video-link identification came from the matching AniimoSync-attributed article. That article is not an additional independent combat test. Before a launch ranking replaces this comparison, we need a known build, equal investment and repeatable encounters.
